Rasks was established by two brothers, the youngest of whom is Surjit Kumar. Surjit (Serge) worked a basic retail job where he aspired to one day open his own business. Soon after the first Rasks business was opened, selling fish and chips. This new venture would prove to be highly successful and Rasks became a major player in catering.
Surjit promotes a strong message that everyone should eat good food using local ingredients at the lowest possible prices.
